The On-Chip Emulator for Debug is the entry-level development system with full debug support and high-speed flash programming. For this purpose the iC3000 ActiveEmulator will be equipped with an iCARD interface for the specific microcontroller family. The standard debugging features include run, step, break etc. The iC3000 supports all famous OnChipEmulation technologies like BDM, SDI, Once, JTAG and Nexus for OnChip Debugging. The new "swap the card" technology preserves the investment in the iC3000 unit while providing adaptability to a wide range of target MCUs and debug methodologies.
