DS87C530 POD - PLCC52 Target Package

PGA52 adapter (default assembled)

Using the default PGA52 adapter connected to the POD and the PLCC52 (IA52PGAPLCC) adapter, the POD can be adapted to the PLCC52 target package.

DS87C530 POD - PLCC44 Target Package

DIP40 adaptation board, delivered beside the POD, must be used when adapting the POD to the PLCC44 target package.

First, default PGA52 adapter must be removed from the POD.

PGA52 adapter (default assembled)

DIP40 adaptation board (from T_PLCC52 Target POD layout)

Next, DIP40 adaptation board must be connected to the POD. Now the IA40D44P8031 adapter can be used to adapt the POD to the target PLCC44 package.
