Remote support using pcvisit!     

 

1. Download pcvist 8 guest module

2. Start guest module

Start the guest module by double clicking the pcvisit icon on your desktop.

 

 

3. Insert session ID
Insert a session ID within the start screen and then click on Start to start the session.
The session ID is provided by iSYSTEM's support team.
