Using formulas has changed.

In formulas for Variables, Time constraints and States only Events can be used whereas previously Events, Time constraints, Variables and States could be used. |

If you want to use a variable, a time constraint or a state in a formula, you have to create an event with respective Area. |
Older inspector configurations will be automatically promoted, when opened in winIDEA 9.17.120 or newer, meaning all Variables, Time constraints and/or States, that were used in a formula, will be added as an Event with respective Area.
