Added new Inspectors functionalities:
1. Groups enable organize inspectors together and isolates them from other inspectors. Macros are inherited from parent Groups. Existing inspectors can be imported.
2. Templates expose parameters of interest to the user. When importing a template, dialog is displayed prompting user to fill/modify parameters (e.g. sampling time, number of CPUs). Templates are distributed together with winIDEA ([winIDEA install folder]\templates\Inspectors):
▪CPU Load template - calculates level of one CPU usage in idle time.
▪PWM template - CPU on/off mode.
