ARM Cortex

1. Dialog Semiconductor - DA14691/5/7 variants added to winIDEA. Tested on DA14699 DEVKIT PRO board. Supported features:

•Debug

•RAM memory access

•SoC reset

•WDOG is active on reset

•MTB (Base location in SRAM @0x2007E000, size 8kB)

•SFRs present

•QSPI programming

Added to Hardware menu / Emulation Options / CPU tab / Cortex-M33 CPU.

2. Cortex-M:  winIDEA now allows (realtime) memory access on other buses even if observed core(s) is(are) not debuggable. Note that SoC debugging must still be possible.
