Health and Measurement plugin
The View menu / Health plugin is removed. Its measurements moved to the View menu / Measurement plugin.
The Measurement plugin updated:
•added the Help button, the Description column, measurements Temperature and Heap from the Health plugin
•Run Duration, GND Faults and Backup Supply measurements removed
•logically organized measurements in groups

RL78: On-chip debug Unlock ID code
The Unlock ID Code option in Hardware / CPU Options / SoC has been renamed to On-chip debug Unlock ID code. The option now supports 10-bytes or 16-bytes ID-code sizes.
