Connect to core at session start in Hardware menu / CPU Options / Cores renamed to Observe this core.  If the option is unchecked, this specific core debug status is UNOBSERVED.

 UNOBSERVED  - Core is unobserved. Option Observe this core in Hardware menu / CPU Options / Cores is unchecked.

 INACCESSIBLE  - Core debug info can not be determined.

 

Deprecated:

DETACHED, INACCESSIBLE  - Not attached to the target or core.
