Call stack for GHS compilers

winIDEA automatically creates call stack with the following limitations:

•Register values and caller information is valid only after function prologue code was executed

•ARM Cortex family currently supported

if the setting Debug / Configure Session / App / Symbol Files / Edit / Advanced / Call Stack Generation is set to Automatic.
