Cortex PMU plugin
The Cortex PMU (Performance Monitor Unit) is a CPU plugin and provides a possibility to configure the cycle counter and an implementation defined number of event counters. Cortex PMU plugin supports PMU configuration on Cortex-A and Cortex-R cores.
