The Power ArchitectureTM technology, the joint development of ST and NXP can be found in 32-bit Automotive Microcontrollers provided by both companies.
NXP MPC5xxx family comprises 32-bit MCU devices designed for engine management, advanced driver assistance, central body, and gateway applications. The MPC56xx, MPC57xx and MPC58xx family is designed for automotive and industrial powertrain, engine management, motor control, body control, gateway, chassis and safety, instrument cluster, and display management applications. NXP S32R family introduces highly-integrated Power ArchitectureTM based microcontrollers for scalable automotive and industrial radar applications.

The SPC5 family of 32-bit Automotive Microcontrollers from ST is designed to accommodate a wide range of automotive applications ranging from Gateways, Electro Mobility, and ADAS to Engine and Transmission control, Body, Chassis and Safety. Based on the Power ArchitectureTM technology, SPC5 microcontrollers provide up to 3 cores operating at up to 200 MHz.

iSYSTEM's iC5700 On-Chip Analyzer compliments the MPC5xxx and SPC5 family support with their IOM Accessories. With the CAN/LIN IOM Accessory, vehicle network traffic and with the ADIO IOM Accessory analog and digital signals surrounding the microcontroller can be traced and correlated with the application timing measurements. Complex AUTOSAR applications can be analyzed and time optimized to ensure that timing constraints are fulfilled.
