Please note that the RH850 PG-FP5 serial protocol for flash programming is no longer used in winIDEA from version 9.17.92. Therefore, Debug Download command, Target Download, direct memory access through Watch or Memory window, will all use the winIDEA UMI monitor and Renesas SelfLib flash programming library. |
LPD clock - LPD4 physical layer is a synchronous serial communication. Select a suitable clock frequency for stable operation. Custom clock frequency can also be entered.
Security ID code - After reset the ID code specified in winIDEA is compared by the RH850 device with internally stored bytes. Based on ID check result the FLASH programming and debug interface are enabled or not.
Code FLASH pwd - After reset some devices also require the Code FLASH password to enable the debug interface.
Data FLASH pwd - After reset some devices also require the Data FLASH password to enable the debug interface.
SPID pwd - (RH850G4 devices only) Enter the Serial Programmer ID (SPID) password to unlock SPID and enable read access to the Hardware Property Area region where the password is programmed.
