Anyone who is involved with embedded software development runs into challenges during their process from time to time. If you are an iSYSTEM customer and using our tools, this is when you might decide to contact our Technical Support department.
Until now, the most common point of contact was through email. We are now moving away from emails and introducing a new ticketing system for handling your support requests.
We will explain why we’re moving towards a new system for handling technical support, the benefits it brings to you, how the actual system works, and in the end, we’ll submit a real ticket.
