Power & Access Management in Continuous Integration
When embedded hardware targets are used in development and test environments it often is required that a number of different users share access to these targets:
Development engineers for development of new features and bug fixing purposes, test engineers for development, adaption and manual execution of test cases and also the CI/CD infrastructure is using the hardware in its pipelines to execute automated tests.
To ensure proper operation it is required to establish a decent power and access control management. Engineers and test infrastructure need to be able to switch targets on and off or power cycle them via defined interfaces. Lock and release mechanisms ensure that running operations are not disturbed by concurrent access attempts from other users.
In this webinar we will show methods to setup power control (i.a. using our iSYSTEM IOM6-ADIO module) and access control for embedded hardware targets as it can be used in embedded test stands and embedded test farms.

About iSYSTEM
We empower embedded software engineers to do it right!
Our BlueBox Technology stands for fast and easy microcontroller access via any kind of debug interface. Complemented with integrated development and test software winIDEA/testIDEA it provides access to on-target timing information. Embedded software engineers can review application timing, analyze real-time operating system states, and undertake code coverage to prove that their products do what they were built to do.
