HardwareCare
What is HardwareCare
HardwareCare is a service that minimizes equipment downtime by quickly providing replacement units in case of failure.
- The replacement part is shipped as soon as Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is issued.
- Typical delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.
- The defective part must be returned to TASKING.

| Replacement/Repair shipment | 3 weeks typical | 1–3 business days |
| Risk for project delays | High | Minimal |
| Coverage duration | Not covered | Active HardwareCare contract |
| Electrical damage | Not covered | Upfront replacement + free repair |
| Mechanical damage | Limited to warranty cases | Upfront replacement |
| Repair costs | Limited to warranty cases | Free for Standard warranty + extended HardwareCare coverage |
