14-pin 2.54 mm MPC5xxx
MPC5xxx / SPC5 embedded target can also feature only 14-pin 2.54 mm target debug connector exposing debug interface only without the Nexus (trace) interface. BlueBox can connect to such target through the 38-pin Mictor MPC5xxx Nexus 16-bit Debug Adapter in conjunction with this converter. Connect converter to the target first and then connect the 38-pin Mictor MPC5xxx Nexus 16-bit Debug Adapter to the converter.
