HQ Pack Assembly
First check that the pin 1 positions on the pad pattern and all of the components are correctly aligned.
1. Solder the NQPACK on the Target after checking for a match with the position of pin 1 on the Target.
2. Install the Microcontroller after checking for a match with the position of pin 1 on the NQPACK.
3. Mount the HQPACK Socket Cover after checking for a match with the position of pin 1 on the Microcontroller.
