ARM Cortex

1. i.MX6SX: Added debug (A9, M4) and trace (ETB trace A9, ETB Trace M4) support.

Added to Hardware menu / Emulation Options / CPU tab / iMX6 CPU.

IDE

1. Aurix plugin (opened via View menu) released. Implemented UCB programming via dialog.

Plugin displays MCX, Clocks (STM, MCDS, SRI), UCBs.

2. TriCore plugin (opened via View menu) changed. It displays CDC Counters, CPU Clock.

3. RH850 specific log in Help menu / Support / Log... moved from (3) isystem.open to (28) MCU.
