Standalone ADIO Trace

Following winIDEA configuration enables recording analog, digital and SPI signals as a standalone operation with iSYSTEM ADIO module.

 

BlueBox connection to the target system is not needed for this operation.

Remove FNodes except ADIO module.

1. Open Hardware menu / Options / FNet tab.

2. In FNode configurations select nodes and click Remove. Do not remove the ADIO FNode.

Disable BlueBox sync.

1. Switch to BlueBox Sync.

2. Disable Synchronization.

Prepare to attach.

1. Open Debug menu.

2. Select Prepare to attach and wait for online-readytoattach status in winIDEA.

Configure trace.

1. Open View / Analyzer and press Analyzer Configuration button AnalyzerConfigurationButton.

2. Configure settings..

 

Properties in Recorder (Timer Interpolation, Generate time synchronization messages, Upload while sampling) are architecture specific.

Configure FNet settings.

1. Enable FNet option.

2. Press Configure.

 

Configuration of the FNet setting and procedure of observing recorded counter in Profiler timeline in described in chapter FNet Counters, Profiler Configuration section.

 

Now you are ready to record trace.
