Program Files are files whose content will be stored into the target system at session start. Typically these will be Motorola S, Binary or Elf files. To program FLASH devices which are not memory mapped (SPI, eMMC,...) go to Hardware / Options / Programming.

To configure Program Files select Debug / Configure Session / SoC / Program Files page. To open File options dialog select the file and click Edit.

Add - Specify Program Files whose content should be transferred to the target RAM or memory mapped Flash.

Edit / Remove - Edit / remove Program File(s).

Add build output file - Automatically include the build output file.
