This chapter explains advanced winIDEA workspace options. Open Tools | Options | Advanced.
Environment
UI
•Next session warning - winIDEA displays a warning indicating that changes made will apply in the next Debug Session. Enabled by default.
•Enable compatible commands - Keep this option enabled unless advised by TASKING otherwise.
Menus
•Use nested menus - When enabled (default), the main menu bar uses more menu levels to keep the menus compact in size.
•Program and Symbol files shortcuts - When enabled, the Debug menu provides direct shortcuts to edit SoC Program files and Application Symbol files.
