Active Probe Parallel V1.0

Active Probe Parallel enables debugging, tracing, and testing a range of microcontroller architectures supported by the winIDEA. It supports various protocols:

Debug Protocols:

oJoint Test Action Group (JTAG)

oArm Serial Wire Debug (SWD)

oRH850 Low Pin-Count Debug (LPD)

Trace Protocols:

oOn-chip trace buffers

oParallel Trace

oSoftware Trace

oSingle Wire Output (SWO)

Its compact size facilitates connections to target microcontrollers in tight spaces, extending up to 10 meters away.

Active Probe Parallel is connected to the iC7max and iC5700 BlueBox on one side via FNet cable. To connect the Active Probe to an embedded target with an architecture-specific target connector, one of the following iC7 Active Probe Adapters must be ordered separately:

Arm Mictor 38-Pin (16- MDO) Adapter

Arm CoreSight 20-pin (1.27mm) Adapter

MPC5xxx Nexus 38-pin Adapter

If your target connector's pinout doesn't align with the Active Probe Adapter's pinout, you have the option to order a Converter.
